Dr. Ibironke Dada
Program Director SafeCare, PharmAccess Foundation
Dr. Ibironke Dada is the Program Director SafeCare, PharmAccess Foundation, an international NGO dedicated to facilitating affordable access to quality health care in Africa. In collaboration with the Joint Commission International (JCI) and Council of Health Service Accreditation Southern Africa (COHSASA), PharrmAccess developed the SafeCare Standards which are accredited by the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua) since 2011. Ibironke currently oversees regulatory and quality improvement initiatives across several states in Nigeria.

Ibironke has over 18 years in public health and managing projects focused on health system strengthening, quality improvement, private sector engagement, monitoring and evaluation. She has worked in various capacities with international development organizations leading health reforms from policy formulation to designing and implementing innovative demand and supply-side interventions for equitable access to quality healthcare services. She has coordinated extensive mapping and digitisation projects to strengthen regulators’ capacity on licensure and quality assurance at federal and state level.

She is also a Faculty Member and Lead Facilitator on Healthcare Quality, Health Management Program, Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, Nigeria.

Dr. Dada holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Imperial College, London, United Kingdom, Masters in Public Health and a Bachelor in Dental Surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has certificates in Digital Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurial Edge from the London Business School.

Dr. Adebowale Odulana
Founder/CEO Doctoora e-Health Limited
Dr. Adebowale Odulana is a Healthcare Management Consultant and Founder/CEO at Doctoora e-Health Limited and Doctoora consulting where he leads the performance improvement service stream. Debo is an alumnus of University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, where he earned his MBBS degree. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Health Management from Imperial College Business School. He is also the co-founder of “The Ministry Records”, an indie record label and “The CyberLogik Foundation” a charity offering functional 3D printed prosthetics to Nigerian amputees. Debo is passionate about African development and wants to make positive contributions to improving healthcare delivery and reducing poverty globally by leveraging on innovation and education. He is the co-founder and advisory board member of the African Business Club at the Imperial College Business School.
Dr. Lois Olajide
Head of SORMAS, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control
Dr. Lois Olajide is a public health professional with the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and a fellow of the West African College of Physicians. Dr. Olajide was the former Head of the Data Management unit involved in the coordination of subnational weekly and monthly data collection. Currently, she leads the Surveillance Outbreak Response Management and Analysis System (SORMAS) team in the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, a system involved in the digitalisation of surveillance system in the country. Dr. Olajide supervised the deployment of SORMAS to several states across the country and the coordination of partners’ and donors’ activities, investments and involvement in SORMAS deployment.
Dr Shubha Nagesh
Director, Research & Follow-up Programs, Latika Roy Foundation
Dr. Nagesh is a medical doctor and a public health specialist working for children with developmental disabilities in the foothills of the Himalayas. She currently serves as Director- Research & Follow-up Programs at The Latika Roy Foundation, in Uttarakhand, the Himalayan state of India. For a decade, Dr Nagesh has designed and implemented community based programs for families of children with developmental disabilities at government health facilities in rural contexts. As an Atlantic Fellow in Global Health Equity, her specific focus is on improving access to and utilisation of intervention services for children with disabilities. Dr Nagesh strives to incorporate childhood disability into the global health discourse.
Dr. Tazeen Rizvi
Global Chief Operating Officer & Chief Medical Information Officer ( COO & CMIO)
Dr. Tazeen Rizvi, is the Global Chief Operating Officer & Chief Medical Information Officer (COO &CMIO) at MobiHealth International. Dr. Rizvi is passionate about improving access to quality medical care and expanding the use of technology to create a patient-centric healthcare delivery systems. She has spearheaded development and implementation of many healthcare platforms, EMRs, practice management software, mobile apps providing secure, and fast sharing of health records between patients, clinicians and ambulatory care providers. Dr. Rizvi is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 15 years industry experience in clinical project management and business development. She has been involved in creating leading edge HIS implementations and patient centric healthcare delivery systems across healthcare institutions in the Middle East and South East Asia. She has led many multidisciplinary teams and implemented the largest public health care initiative in the UAE, leading to the creation of new Health Information Systems implementation.
Onyedikachi Nwizu
Head of Operations, MOBicure
Onyedikachi Nwizu is a young changemaker who is passionate about social impact. She is currently the Head of Operations at MOBicure – a digital health company that has provided over 50,000 mothers and young people in Nigeria with life-saving health information via the Omomi and myPaddi mobile apps. She is an advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3 – Good health and Wellbeing. As an SDGs advocate, Onyedikachi has spent the last 4 years developing and working on projects that foster and promote reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) in Nigeria. Onyedikachi is an alumnus of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) where she trained in Civic Leadership. She is also a volunteer for the SDGs Awareness Campaign Tour (SDGs ACT) in Edo state. Onyedikachi studied Foreign Languages at the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State.
Dr. Andrew Nerlinger
Co-founder, PandemicTech
Dr. Andrew Nerlinger is a physician, venture capital investor, and social impact innovator. He is the Co-founder of PandemicTech, an Austin-based virtual technology incubator that supports health security innovators on the front lines of fighting pandemic infectious disease threats. He is part of the founding team of the Texas Global Health Security Innovation Consortium (TEXGHS), a consortium between academic, public sector, and private sector partners to coordinate efforts to support companies working towards pandemic preparedness and response in Texas. He is also a Venture Partner at Bill Wood Ventures, an Austin-based family office that invests in early stage technology companies. He is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine (MD) and the University of Notre Dame (BS).
Dr. Kendra Njoku
Quality Lead/Head of Programs, mDoc Healthcare
Dr. Kendra Njoku, MBBS MScPH FISQua, is a medical doctor and public health professional with wide and varied experience in global health both at the local and international frontiers. She is the Quality Lead/Head of Programs at mDoc, a digital health organisation. She is leading mDoc’s digital health solutions and quality initiatives across several countries, including the MSD-funded Reducing Indirect Causes Of Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Project and the capacity building arm of mDoc via in-person and ProjectECHO tele-education series. She is at the frontline leading mDoc’s COVID-19 response across Africa, including managing the CompleteHealthTM digital platform, that provides guidance on selfcare and lifestyle modifications to individuals living with regular and chronic health needs.

She has an MScPH from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, is a Fellow and Member of the International Society of Quality (ISQua) and serves as an Improvement Advisor/Faculty for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

Dr. Moredreck Chibi
Senior Health Advisor, Policy and Strategy, Executive Office of the President, Republic of Kenya
Dr. Moredreck Chibi is the Regional Advisor for Health Innovation at the World Health Organization Regional Office for Africa (Brazzaville, Congo). He works directly with the WHO Regional Director for Africa on designing and implementing WHO programming across 47 member states and serves as a primary interface between the Regional Office in Africa and WHO Headquarters in Geneva.
Iyadunni Olubode
Consultant, Nigeria Director, MSD for Mothers (FHC 2020 Moderator)
Iyadunni Olubode has over 17 years of experience in private and development sectors in Nigeria. She is a strong advocate for the development of youth and women in Nigeria as key contributors to the economy. As Consultant and Nigeria Director, Iyadunni is responsible for the Nigeria Portfolio.

Prior to MSD for Mothers, Iyadunni was Executive Director of LEAP Africa, a non-profit focused on leadership development for youth and entrepreneurs. In this role, she oversaw the development and implementation of several capacity development programs in collaboration with private and public-sector stakeholders and development partners. She also worked as a management consultant with Accenture on a range of strategy and talent management engagements in the energy, financial services, products and public sector.

Iyadunni earned her MSc in Energy Economics from University of Surrey, Guildford and a BSc in Economics from University of Lagos. She is certified in the Prosci Change Management methodology.

Dr. Lawal Bakare
Founder and CEO, EpidAlert
Dr. Lawal Bakare has worked 10 years adapting design for public health. He joined the Miami Ad School in Europe to sharpen his creativity and innovation edge, with a career goal to continue to apply good design to improve life and livelihood everywhere.
Ada Ezeokoli
Editor-In-Chief Nigeria Health Watch (FHC 2020 Moderator)
Adaobi Ezeokoli is a communications expert with over 12 years of experience in communications, media development and journalism. She is a public health expert, with expertise in health communications, evidence-based science writing, qualitative and quantitative research. She is currently the Editor-In-Chief of Nigeria Health Watch, a non-governmental organisation working in the areas of health communications and advocacy. She is the Director of Communications at EpiAFRIC, an African public health consultancy and research firm.

Adaobi has over the past 5 years led the Nigeria Health Watch editorial team to develop content for all Nigeria Health Watch platforms, including weekly thought leadership articles that provide analysis and insight into the Nigeria health sector, and solutions journalism pieces that give insight into what is working in Nigeria’s health sector and who is creating actionable change. She is passionate about African storytelling that drives impact. She is a 2019 Obama Foundation Africa Leader.
