Ibironke has over 18 years in public health and managing projects focused on health system strengthening, quality improvement, private sector engagement, monitoring and evaluation. She has worked in various capacities with international development organizations leading health reforms from policy formulation to designing and implementing innovative demand and supply-side interventions for equitable access to quality healthcare services. She has coordinated extensive mapping and digitisation projects to strengthen regulators’ capacity on licensure and quality assurance at federal and state level.
She is also a Faculty Member and Lead Facilitator on Healthcare Quality, Health Management Program, Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, Nigeria.
Dr. Dada holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Imperial College, London, United Kingdom, Masters in Public Health and a Bachelor in Dental Surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has certificates in Digital Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurial Edge from the London Business School.
She has an MScPH from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, is a Fellow and Member of the International Society of Quality (ISQua) and serves as an Improvement Advisor/Faculty for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
Prior to MSD for Mothers, Iyadunni was Executive Director of LEAP Africa, a non-profit focused on leadership development for youth and entrepreneurs. In this role, she oversaw the development and implementation of several capacity development programs in collaboration with private and public-sector stakeholders and development partners. She also worked as a management consultant with Accenture on a range of strategy and talent management engagements in the energy, financial services, products and public sector.
Iyadunni earned her MSc in Energy Economics from University of Surrey, Guildford and a BSc in Economics from University of Lagos. She is certified in the Prosci Change Management methodology.
Adaobi has over the past 5 years led the Nigeria Health Watch editorial team to develop content for all Nigeria Health Watch platforms, including weekly thought leadership articles that provide analysis and insight into the Nigeria health sector, and solutions journalism pieces that give insight into what is working in Nigeria’s health sector and who is creating actionable change. She is passionate about African storytelling that drives impact. She is a 2019 Obama Foundation Africa Leader.
