Registration Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees paid for the Future of Health Conference are generally non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined in this Policy.

As conference planning, venue bookings, logistics and programme delivery partly rely on confirmed registrations, we encourage participants to carefully review their registration details before making payment.

Nigeria Health Watch may approve a refund where:

• A duplicate payment has been made for the same registration.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical or administrative error.
• An unauthorised or fraudulent transaction has been confirmed.
• The Conference is cancelled by Nigeria Health Watch and is not rescheduled.
• Any other exceptional circumstance that Nigeria Health Watch, at its sole discretion, considers eligible for a refund.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the payment date.

Requests should include:

• Full name
• Email address used for registration
• Payment reference or transaction ID
• Amount paid
• Reason for the refund request
• Supporting documentation (where applicable)

Nigeria Health Watch will review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome via email.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow 7 – 21 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Any currency conversion costs, bank fees or payment processing charges imposed by third parties may not be refundable.

If Nigeria Health Watch cancels the Conference without rescheduling it, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

If the Conference is postponed, registrations will automatically remain valid for the new event date.

Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled event may submit a refund request within the period communicated by the organisers.

Up to 7 days before the Conference, participants may request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to approval by Nigeria Health Watch.

Transfers are not guaranteed and must be requested in writing.
