Terms and Conditions

2.1

Registration is required for participation in conference activities unless otherwise stated.

2.2

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration.

2.3

Registration confirmation will be issued by email once your application or payment (where applicable) has been accepted.

2.4

Nigeria Health Watch reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or revoke registration where:

• Information provided is inaccurate or incomplete
• Registration was obtained fraudulently
• The participant breaches these Terms or the Conference Code of Conduct

3.1

Certain conference registrations, workshops, networking events or other conference activities may require payment of a registration fee.

3.2

All payments are securely processed through our authorised payment partners, including Flutterwave and other approved payment service providers.

3.3

By making a payment, you confirm that:

• The payment method belongs to you, or you are authorised to use it;
• The information provided is accurate;
• You agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Conference Refund Policy.

3.4

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email.

3.5

Nigeria Health Watch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised payment activity is detected.

3.6

All prices displayed on the Website are in the currency specified at checkout. Where international payments are accepted, exchange rates and charges applied by your bank or card issuer are outside the control of Nigeria Health Watch.

3.7

Applicable taxes, bank charges, foreign exchange fees or payment processing charges imposed by your financial institution remain your responsibility.

4.1

Refund requests are governed by the official Future of Health Conference Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

4.2

By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Refund Policy available on the Conference Website.

4.3

Nigeria Health Watch reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests in accordance with the Refund Policy.

4.4

Registration fees may not be transferred to another participant unless expressly approved in writing by Nigeria Health Watch.

4.5

If Nigeria Health Watch cancels the Conference, registered participants will be notified promptly, and eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

4.6

Nigeria Health Watch is not responsible for costs relating to travel, accommodation, visas, insurance or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

6.1

Conference sessions may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

6.2

By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, name, statements, or likeness in:

• Conference reports
• Promotional materials
• Social media content
• Publications
• Website content
• Future conference communications

6.3

Participants who do not wish to appear in media content should notify the organisers in writing before the event.

7.1

All conference branding, website content, designs, publications, recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Nigeria Health Watch or their respective owners.

7.2

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, record, commercialise, or modify conference content without prior written consent.

7.3

Speakers and presenters remain responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they share.
