Nigeria Health Watch reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or revoke registration where:
- Information provided is inaccurate or incomplete
- Registration was obtained fraudulently
- The participant breaches these Terms or the Conference Code of Conduct

Registration Fees and Payment
3.1
Certain conference activities may require payment of registration fees.
3.2
Registration is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation.
3.3
Fees paid are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.
3.4
Any taxes, bank charges, transfer fees, travel, accommodation, visa costs, or related expenses remain the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation, Changes and Refunds
4.1
Nigeria Health Watch reserves the right to:
- Modify the programme
- Change speakers or session formats
- Adjust dates, venues, or schedules
- Convert the conference from in-person to virtual or hybrid
- Postpone or cancel the event if circumstances require
4.2
Where registration fees apply:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Refund eligibility and timelines will be communicated on the registration page
- Administrative processing fees may apply
4.3
Nigeria Health Watch shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, visa, or incidental costs incurred by participants.

Conference Participation and Conduct
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.
By participating, you agree to:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, partners, exhibitors, and staff respectfully
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour
- Refrain from unauthorised solicitation, promotion, or distribution of materials
- Follow venue rules, security requirements, and applicable laws

Media Consent and Recording
6.1
Conference sessions may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.
6.2
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, name, statements, or likeness in:
- Conference reports
- Promotional materials
- Social media content
- Publications
- Website content
- Future conference communications
6.3
Participants who do not wish to appear in media content should notify the organisers in writing before the event.

Intellectual Property
